Terms and Conditions
Delivery
Once an order is placed via our secure PayPal merchant account New Work Photography will endeavour to process the order within 2 working days. We aim to deliver within 21 days of purchase, subject to normal delivery conditions. If the ordered product is unavailable we will contact you to notify of estimated delivery date or to refund purchase at our discretion. New Work Photography delivery charges include secure packaging and postage.
Payments
Payments to New Work Photography via our website are done through our secure PayPal Merchant account. At no stage does New Work Photography have access to customer credit card details. If you would prefer to purchase a New Work Photography image or service using Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) cheque or other means please contact us directly.
Warranty / Return Policy
If your product is damaged or deemed unsatisfactory please inform New Work Photography within 7 days of receiving goods. If the damage is deemed attributable to New Work Photography, we will exchange, repair or refund the product at our discretion. All items must be returned to New Work Photography without receiving further damage at the customer’s expense. Freight costs will be refunded at standard postal / freight rates if claim is judged valid by New Work Photography.
Printing
Every photograph from New Work Photography is printed on professional grade photographic materials (paper or canvas) from one of Perth’s leading photographic laboratories. Please be aware images may look different in print compared to viewing on computer monitor. All prints have been prepared on Apple Mac Pro computers with calibrated monitors to ensure optimum print reproduction.
